Your Role and Responsibilities

• Participate new product development project , Make concept design , series design , design verification , design validation for electrical design part and write technical report
• Participate in project delivery reviews, providing electrical technical support and solution analysis to project teams under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support to platform manager to analyze electrical performance on product series , and regularly provide proposal to platform manager for making product upgrade or improvement
• Actively learn how to use design software such as thermal network and electromagnetic analysis, participate in the development and maintenance of electrical calculation models, and propose requirements for model optimization

Qualifications for the Role

• Education(Level): Bachelor's degree or above
• Major: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Machines and Apparatus, or related majors; Electrical Machines major preferred
• Language: Fluent in written ,reading and oral English, CET 6 with priority
• PC Skills: Proficient with more than one of the listed tools: office365, Maxwell
• Personality: Good team player, communication and presentation skills,
• Professional experiences and skills:

-2+ years of design work experience in motors, generators, or electrical equipment (outstanding recent master's graduates may be considered)

-Solid knowledge in electromagnetic design

- Good command of electric design on Asynchronous, -Synchronous motor electromagnetic design ,

-Good grasp on motor structure , heat transfer theory , electromagnetic vibration , Noise related knowledge

-Can understand motor- driving theory ,

- Understand electrical motor material , production process
