Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Review and assess documentation received from the 2 competing FEED consortia and EPC bidders with particular focus on risk.
• Identify, rank and report on all relevant identified Project risks especially those related to the Indonesian local situation.
• Support development of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements for the EPC phase.
• Understanding and advising the project teams on Indonesian law, codes and standards and any other relevant legislation.
• Attend meetings with project management team, engineering disciplines, Company and SKK Migas (local regulator) to discuss and resolve issues as required.
• Communicate with project management team/engineering disciplines and explain requirements for implementation in the design.

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

• Experience of risk assessment, risk categorization, risk reporting
• Experience of Indonesian EPC type projects
• Understanding technical documentation from a risk perspective
• General knowledge in international standards such as ISO, NFPA, API and EI (formerly IP)
