Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Development and optimization of injection molding parameters for silicone and multi-component parts up to series production readiness
• Supplier Management: Preparation of specifications and coordination as well as support of suppliers and service providers
• Commissioning & Sampling: Execution of sampling, commissioning, and optimization of new tools and production systems within the APQP process
• Project Participation: Contribution to the definition of technical boundary conditions for new customer projects from the quotation phase to series production
• Training & Documentation: Preparation of technical specifications and delivery of training in injection molding, process, and tooling technology

Qualifications:

• Working Style: Structured, collaborative, and decisive way of working
• Education: Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of machinery and tooling technology, ideally including processing technologies for high-performance materials such as plastics and silicone
• Experience: Professional experience in an industrial environment or in plastic injection molding is preferred but not mandatory
• Skills: Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, methodological competence, as well as good MS Office and English skills
