Position:Support Process Engineering

Tasks:

• Supporting the Process Engineer in day-to-day operations
• Preparing working documents, reports, and process documentation
• Maintaining and updating data in internal systemsAssisting with the implementation of improvement measures
• Designing workstations and processes in production
• Serving as a liaison between Production, Business Excellence, Work Planning, and Engineering

Requirements:

• Technical background, e.g., technical training
• Professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the areas of work planning, work scheduling, and production control
• Data preparation, analysis, and optimization
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, or the ability to understand and document process flows
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as ERP and MES/Siemens applications
• Written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to collect, maintain, and evaluate data in a structured manner
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Initiative and a proactive work style
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously
• Practical thinking and a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work shifts
