Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating team work.
  • Participating in planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Preparing and verifying performance calculations for technological equipment: pressure vessels, other static equipment, pumps, transport equipment (conveyors, elevators), and other dynamic equipment.
  • Preparing inquiry sheets for mechanical requirements of static and dynamic technological equipment.
  • Preparing inquiry sheets for auxiliary equipment in terms of process mechanization (lifting equipment, loaders, etc.).
  • Developing layout drawings (equipment arrangement) - 2D.
  • Developing drawings for non-standard equipment in the technological part of the project (nozzles, gravity pipes, sampling units, etc.).
  • Developing 3D models of the project object within the mechanical part of the project.
  • Reviewing and approving general arrangement drawings of technological equipment.
  • Checking other supplier documentation within the main and other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeking ways to resolve discrepancies.
  • Developing, verifying, and evaluating schedules and progress reports within own discipline.
  • Preparing design tasks and technical reports.
  • Participating in the preparation of the technical part of commercial proposals.

Requirements:
  • Higher education in mechanical engineering or technological design.
  • Experience in industrial projects; experience as a designer is mandatory. Site activities experience is a plus.
  • Professional knowledge in mechanical engineering, industrial plant design, experience with suppliers of technological equipment, as well as norms, standards, and industry practices.
  • Knowledge of discipline standards: EU - mandatory, international - as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D. AVEVA PDMS/E3D is a plus Navisworks.
  • Skills and experience in strength calculations for technological equipment are an advantage.
  • Communication skills and ability to interact with related engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients.
  • Experience in international projects is an advantage.
  • English - at least A2 level with a willingness to develop further (reading, writing, speaking on professional topics).
