Responsibilities:

• Design activities for projects and studies in various development stages: prefeasibility, feasibility, concept design, basic design, detailed design, permitting, tender documentation, design validation, technical due diligence, specifications for General Contractor
• To develop design concept implementation
• Elaboration of layouts for constructions, details for execution
• Technical support during construction works
• Participation in review, progress and coordination meetings
• Close cooperation with other disciplines (electrical, HVAC, civil etc.)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in architectural discipline
• At least 3 years of design experience in the above-mentioned position
• Member of the Chamber of Architects (OAR)- license with full signature rights
• Proven design experience in AutoCAD and Revit
• Fluent English
