We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Technical Services team. You will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites, ensuring electrical and building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Role Responsibilities:

• You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services. Responsibilities include fault-finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general electrical plant.
• You will also support mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works.
• You will also be included in the on-call rota.
• You will have strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments.
• All work must be completed in full compliance with BS 7671, Mitie technical standards and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained.

Required Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• 18th edition
