Well Services Supervisor – Coiled Tubing (Offshore Greece)

We are currently seeking an experienced Well Services Supervisor with strong Coiled Tubing operations experience for an immediate offshore assignment in Greece.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate offshore well intervention and well services operations.
• Lead and oversee all coiled tubing activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams, service providers, and client representatives.
• Review and approve operational programs, risk assessments, and permits to work.
• Monitor operational performance and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Ensure accurate reporting of daily operations, lessons learned, and end-of-well documentation.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Well Services Supervisor in offshore environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience supervising Coiled Tubing operations.
• Strong understanding of well intervention, well integrity, and offshore operational practices.
• Experience managing contractors and service company personnel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid offshore certifications and medical certification required.
• Availability for immediate mobilization.

Preferred

• Experience working in the Mediterranean region.
• Multi-service well intervention experience (slickline, pumping, nitrogen, stimulation, etc.).
• IWCF or equivalent well control certification.
