What You'll Do

As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of high-voltage renewable energy projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing HV renewable energy projects valued between £1m and £30m from end to end
• Leading project teams, engaging with clients and maintaining strong technical standards
• Overseeing health and safety compliance, project budgets, procurement activity and delivery progress
• Mentoring Project Engineers and working closely with design teams to support effective project outcomes
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including DNOs, TSOs, suppliers and client contractors

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' experience within HV or electrical engineering companies
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills
• Experience managing project budgets and supply chains
• An Electrical Engineering degree or HND, ideally with knowledge of HV systems
• A full UK driving licence
• The right to work in the UK
• Chartered status, or working towards IEng/CEng through the IET
