Reporting directly to the Procurement Contracting and Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge procurement and materials management systems, ensuring seamless integration across business units and helping steer procurement operations to new levels of efficiency and control.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Contracting and Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge procurement and materials management systems, ensuring seamless integration across business units and helping steer procurement operations to new levels of efficiency and control.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Procurement and Materials Management (MM) modules within ERP systems, including collaboration with Oracle/SAP integrators.
- Designing and standardising business processes across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), materials planning, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Defining business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and process maps through hands-on workshops with key stakeholders.
- Managing ERP system configuration, testing oversight (UAT, integration, cutover readiness), and ensuring data governance and migration strategy success.
- Driving business readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, training, and change impact assessments to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Acting as subject matter expert on procurement systems supporting contract governance and partner approval frameworks.
- Developing and delivering procurement policies, processes, procedures, and training materials focused on compliance control points and continual monitoring.
- Conducting procurement data analysis and preparing compliance reports to support commercial decision-making.
- Proven expertise implementing and working with Procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Dynamics, and e-sourcing platforms like Ariba.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle procurement systems strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of procurement policies, standards, procedures, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry supply chain and procurement environments, particularly with production sharing agreements (PSA), technical services contracts (TSC), or concessionaire contract governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable and proactive in approach.
- Experience with supplier management systems such as Avetta.
- Proficiency in change management and training delivery related to system implementation.
- Familiarity with multi-disciplinary ERP integrations involving logistics, inventory, and finance modules.
- Degree qualified, ideally in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrable track record delivering procurement system implementations and optimisation projects.
- Previous leadership or lead role experience in procurement or supply chain projects within complex operational settings.
- Ability to travel occasionally for stakeholder workshops and go-live support, as required.
- Professional certifications in procurement or project management are advantageous but not mandatory.
