Project Manager

Role Summary

Lead execution of the accommodation platform scope within offshore brownfield facilities, including demolition, new module installation, utilities integration, and live plant tie-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full EPC delivery of accommodation modules, building extensions, and utility systems
• Lead brownfield execution within live offshore facility, including shutdown planning and tie-ins
• Oversee demolition of existing facilities (portacabins) and installation of new accommodation modules
• Manage integration of potable water, sewage treatment, HVAC, fire and gas, and electrical systems
• Coordinate offshore installation including heavy lifts, modular installation, and hook-ups
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE requirements, especially for SIMOPS and live plant work
• Lead interface with multiple stakeholders (e.g., packages, OEMs, ongoing projects)
• Ensure safe execution of accommodation-related systems (lifeboats, helifuel, escape systems)

Technical Requirements and Experience

• Proven experience in offshore brownfield projects involving accommodation platforms or living quarters
• Strong experience in module installation, offshore extensions, and structural modifications
• Experience managing utility systems in offshore facilities (water, sewage, HVAC, fire systems)
• Deep understanding of tie-ins to existing operating systems (electrical, piping, utilities)
• Experience in shutdown planning, SIMOPS, and live facility execution constraints
