Oversea the site execution, manage QA/QC documentation and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Implement the project's Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), conduct routine site inspections, and ensure all materials (e.g., concrete, steel, ballast) comply with project specifications.
• Drawing & Specification Compliance: Interpret complex engineering drawings, BOQs, and structural schematics for viaducts, tunnels, stations, or trackwork. Verify line, level, and alignment on RCC and structural works.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), material testing certificates, and daily progress reports.
• Defect & Snag Management: Identify construction gaps or defects, issue corrective action directives to contractors, and track them until resolved.
• Site Audits & Statutory Approvals: Assist senior QA/QC experts and clients during internal/external quality audits. Ensure the work complies with all local regulatory and metro rail guidelines.
• Safety & Environment Compliance: Work alongside the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team to ensure site safety plans and environmental protocols are rigorously enforced.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering
