Job Title: SCADA Component OT Security Engineer

Working Location: Warsaw, Poland

Contract Type: Fixed-term (ASAP - 30th Jun 2027)

Work Schedule: 8 Hours per day / 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on American and European projects, overseeing construction and adherence to requirements imposed by OT Security legislation
- Ensure compliance with standards such as IEC62443 and internal requirements based on NIS2, NIS CAF, or NERC-CIP
- Integrate asset inventory, review IDS reports, and evaluate technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with local requirements and conduct OT Security testing
- Oversee a range of technical packages to ensure compliance
- Take responsibility for delivery of internal IT services

Additional Information:
- Consultants must use their own PC and/or iPhone, kept up-to-date with the latest iOS release
- Mandatory installation of AirWatch security and management software on all mobile devices used for work
- Owners must allow security management actions on their devices, including app and data removal if necessary for security or regulatory reasons, or at contract end
- Upon contract completion, consultants must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all work-related apps and data
- IT Service Desk support is limited to AirWatch software on privately owned equipment

Requirements:
- Experience with asset inventory management tools and methodologies
- Experience with Intrusion Detection Systems (e.g., Forescout, Nozomi)
- Knowledge of network concepts and technologies
- Practical experience with NERC-CIP, IEC 62443, and possibly ISO 27k series standards
- Strong collaboration skills across a range of stakeholders
