Structural Engineer

Position Overview
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support detailed engineering activities within offshore oil and gas. The role will involve structural design, analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural engineering calculations and analyses
- Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and design deliverables
- Support structural modelling and design verification activities
- Coordinate with designers and engineers across multiple disciplines
- Review vendor documentation and provide technical comments
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- Ensure compliance with relevant specifications and industry standards
- Support construction and fabrication queries when required


Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience within oil and gas projects
- Experience in offshore facilities design is preferred
- Familiarity with structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, or SESAM
- Knowledge of offshore structural design codes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
