Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer with strong shipbuilding experience to coordinate and drive engineering and production activities within a major shipyard development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project engineering activities within the yard
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and production teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support construction and fabrication activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards

Requirements

• Solid experience in shipbuilding or heavy fabrication yard operations
• Background in project engineering within large-scale industrial projects
• Experience working in live production / yard environments
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex project environment

Important Note

• No purely design or maintenance profiles
• Must have hands-on shipyard / production experience
