Location: Middle East.

Defense Conseil International (DCI) is the reference operator for the Ministry of the Armed Forces for the transfer of French military expertise abroad
For over 50 years, nearly 1000 employees have accompanied France's partner countries from the European Union and NATO through consulting, training and technical assistance assignments in the field of defense and security.

Your main responsibilities
Under the authority of the Mechanics Teacher, you will:
• Create, update and improve the assigned course content.
• Ensure and deliver teaching in your field of expertise.
• Participate in the regular evaluation and evolution of the course, under the guidance of the Mechanics Teacher.
• Participate in the Academy's accreditation process.
• Apply the company's quality process in all your actions.
• Supervise student assessments, and provide remedial lessons and homework as needed.
• Organize and/or participate in additional practical activities for trainees.
• Report to the Mechanics Teacher on the progress of the courses and students.
• Keep your core competencies up to date.
Profil
Why would you be the right fit?
You hold a PhD in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, along with solid teaching expertise in this field. With strong multicultural and intercultural experience, you are adaptable, diplomatic, and recognized for your strong pedagogical skills. You are analytical and have excellent synthesis and writing skills.
You speak Arabic fluently and are proficient in teaching in English.
