Key Responsibilities

• Handle software packages in Configuration Manager (CM) and Intune, deploying based on Active Directory groups.
• Wrap MSI and .EXE files into scripted solutions (software packages) that meet organizational requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to application management through the internal service desk ticket system.
• Engage in discussions with application users, application owners, and external vendors as needed.
• Execute routine Windows patch management and cleanup tasks in the client and SCCM environment.
• Support development and project work within the team on an ad-hoc basis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in software packaging, deployment/distribution across domains, and managing stakeholder requirements at an enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated skill and experience with PowerShell scripting and packaging tools such as InstallShield, Master Packager, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS client management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to thrive in an international environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
