Key Responsibilities

• Support, operate, and drive continuous improvement of the organization's Developer Platform.
• Ensure platform products and services are stable, reliable, and deliver value to developers while supporting secure software development lifecycle practices.
• Manage day-to-day platform operations and user support, including service monitoring, incident handling, service requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Guide platform users through onboarding, adoption of platform capabilities, and secure, effective platform usage.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams, acting as a trusted partner to facilitate platform adoption and remove operational blockers.
• Guide teams to comply with secure software development lifecycle requirements and improve DevOps practices.
• Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of platform components, support proof-of-concepts, test upgrades, and provide operational input to technology selection.

Requirements

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts (preferably with GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with artifact management tools (such as JFROG, Azure Container Registry, or similar).
• Experience in coding and scripting/automation (e.g., Go, Python, Terraform, Shell).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, system administration, and OS administration (Windows, Linux, networking).
• Hands-on experience with identity provider integrations (e.g., AzureAD, OAuth/SAML, SCIM).
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus stack, Splunk).
• Ability to document API contract specifications (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).
