We are supporting a major onshore oil development project in Uganda and are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Inspection (M&I) Campaign Coordinator to join the Operations & Maintenance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in planning and coordinating preventive maintenance and inspection campaigns across Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and wellpad operations, ensuring equipment reliability and operational readiness in one of Africa's largest upstream developments.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance & Inspection Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating maintenance and inspection campaigns across the site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with operational priorities.
You will work closely with maintenance supervisors, inspection teams, planners, and operations personnel to optimise campaign execution, improve asset reliability, and ensure effective use of SAP/CMIMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and inspection activities across CPF and wellpad facilities
- Review SAP (UNISOL) notifications and develop intervention schedules based on priorities and material availability
- Coordinate campaign planning with maintenance supervisors and inspection teams
- Ensure work packs, permits, resources, tools, and spare parts are available before execution
- Monitor campaign progress and report constraints, delays, and key performance indicators
- Act as the site focal point for CMIMS coordination and planning activities
- Ensure strong coordination between maintenance and inspection disciplines
- Coordinate wellpad maintenance campaigns, with particular focus on critical equipment including:
- Artificial Gas Lift Compression (AGC) Units
- ESP Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
- Multiphase Flow Meters (MPFMs)
- Fired Heaters
- Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) Packages
- Monitor work order execution and support timely closure within SAP/CMIMS
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support lessons learned initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and training of planners and supervisors on planning processes and CMIMS tools
Candidate Profile
- HND, Associate Degree, or equivalent qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Planner or Campaign Coordinator within oil & gas, FPSO, or other industrial processing facilities
- Strong experience using SAP CMIMS/UNISOL for maintenance planning and work management
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance, inspection planning, and campaign coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of TotalEnergies HSE standards would be advantageous
- Fluent in English
