In what environment will you work as a Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (M/F)?

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (M/F).

Mission context

As part of industrial and process optimization projects, the Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (M/F) will contribute to ensuring process performance, robustness and GMP compliance.

Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

Main mission

In collaboration with Production, MSAT, Quality and Engineering teams, you will contribute to the development, optimization and monitoring of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Main activities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
• Write technical and process documentation
• Participate in process risk assessments
• Support technical investigations
• Participate in technology transfer activities
• Monitor process performance
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Participate in FAT/SAT and process qualification activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What profile and skills are required for this Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (M/F) position?

Education & experience

• Master's degree in process engineering, pharmaceuticals or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering
• Experience in GMP environments
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Professional English appreciated

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industrial processes
• Understanding of production equipment
• Risk assessment management
• Knowledge of GMP requirements
• Ability to write technical documentation

Soft skills

• Analytical mindset
• Rigor and autonomy
• Good cross-functional communication skills
• Adaptability
• Proactive approach
