You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system design, drive continuous improvements, and enhance the overall customer and user experience.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Translate functional requirements into configurable rules, logic, and options within product configurator platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to develop and maintain design inputs such as product models, pricing logic, and lead time data.
- Ensure adherence to global design standards and governance for product configurators.
- Plan and execute testing cycles, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain and update configurator design files in alignment with engineering standards and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex configurator-related issues within defined service levels and identify opportunities for proactive improvements.
- Gather feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and continuously enhance configurator functionality and usability.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation to support design reviews, audits, and knowledge sharing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in product configuration, engineering systems, or similar roles supporting configurable products.
- Ability to understand engineering data and translate it into structured system rules and configurations.
- Experience working with enterprise tools or configurator platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across functions and time zones.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required based on role needs.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with configurator platforms such as Oracle Configurator, SAP Variant Configuration, or Configit ACE.
- Background in mechanical product design, application engineering, or product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with industrial products, especially valves or flow control solutions.
- Exposure to global product configuration standards and governance models.
- Familiarity with automation or digital tools supporting configuration and data management.
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
