Responsibilities

-Lead the implementation of commissioning certification and the system handover process.
-Assume overall responsibility for all completion and commissioning activities related to process systems.
-Verify that field installations comply with design specifications, ISO standards, and P&IDs.
-Plan, facilitate, and execute static and dynamic commissioning activities.
-Coordinate with various disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless commissioning execution.
-Develop and review commissioning procedures, ensuring a smooth transition from project to operations.
-Manage documentation, including P&ID red-line mark-ups and RFOC handover documents.
-Provide daily reports on commissioning progress to the discipline lead.
-Guide and direct the commissioning team, managing resources and suppliers.

Required expertise

-BSc in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
-A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
-Proven track record of engineering competency, delivery, and effective project management skills.
-Demonstrated ability to engage and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
-Familiarity with planning tools, work management systems, and document management systems.
-Experience from similar large-scale offshore projects is highly beneficial.
