Key Requirements

• Experienced in Operations & Maintenance, Maintenance Services, Asset Management, or related technical environments.
• Experienced in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience within energy, industrial, offshore, marine, manufacturing, or other heavy industry sectors.
• Strong background in equipment maintenance, asset reliability, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience overseeing major maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, turnarounds, or operational projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Additional qualifications in engineering, management, or project delivery would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and operational planning tools.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and risk management principles.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, reliability programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance projects, troubleshooting activities, and major operational events.
• Manage client relationships, contract execution, and service delivery performance.
• Support business growth initiatives, project planning, and technical proposals.
• Develop and mentor teams while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
