• Background must be civil/structural in either industrial/processing plant, O&G, chemical wastewater
• Must have on site field experience from the ground up - experience on construction site/preconstruction
• Must have working on vertically built construction plants
• Min 5 years of field eng experience
• No commercial, residential, or building
