JOB DESCRIPTION

1. This position contributes to the company's success by ensuring the successful development of NOV new and existing technologies consisting of deployment, operation and training of Client personnel to be able to do the same.
2. The role of the MPD Equipment Service Technician is to manage down hole well conditions while employing the use of a surface MPD manifold.
3. The MPD Field Specialist is also tasked with controlling the NOV Active Control Device (ACD) as part of the riser integrated MPD/RGH system.
4. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
5. Accountable for performing efficient and complex maintenance and installation of all phases of mechanical equipment and ensuring all work is performed in a safe manner.
6. This position will require infrequent visits to various rig locations within the U.S. Must be willing and able to travel on relatively short notice and remain on location for an extended period of time.
