Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Telecommunications & SCADA Maintenance Engineer for a full-time position based in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in telecommunications and SCADA systems, coupled with strong team leadership and soft skills.

This role requires a professional who can handle complex maintenance tasks, lead a team effectively, and ensure the smooth operation of SCADA systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications and SCADA system maintenance.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex maintenance projects.
• Skills:
  
  • Deep technical knowledge of SCADA systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage client relationships effectively.
• Nationality:
  
  • Saudi nationals are highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• SCADA System Maintenance:
  
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SCADA systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Monitor and assess system performance, identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Implement updates, patches, and upgrades to SCADA software and hardware.
• Telecommunications Maintenance:
  
  • Oversee the maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless communication, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunications systems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure that all telecommunications systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems related to both SCADA and telecommunications systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate telecommunications systems with SCADA and other automation systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Team Leadership:
  
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are fully utilized and motivated.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the team.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on maintenance activities and system performance.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Reporting and Documentation:
