Mission:

• Design Integrated Cathodic Protection (CP) systems (and associated monitoring) for onshore and offshore structure and pipelines. Organise the work of personnel assigned to cathodic protection site operations, ensuring that approved specifications/procedures are complied with and that productivity is optimised, whilst guaranteeing compliance with safety procedures

Job Tasks:

• Review the received documents and elaboration of the input data related to CP
• Select the suitable CP system (sacrificial, ICCP)
• Perform detailed design of cathodic protection and monitoring systems
• Prepare the technical qualifications related to CP
• Prepare the specifications and technical requisitions related to CP materials, installation and commissioning
• Perform technical evaluation of the offers received from Vendors related to the supply of CP and monitoring systems
• Review the documentation prepared by CP Subcontractors
• Perform technical audits of the Subcontractor cathodic protection system production and anodes installation facilities
• Witness the Pre-Qualification Test performed by Subcontractors related to the CP materials
• Assist installation operations (when necessary)
• Solve the technical problems related to CP work
