Context & Environment

• REN:

- GRP/REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewables projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.

- Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables capacity by 2030

- Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations on a daily basis, and the regular changes, agility at scale and fast-learning are imperatives to continue capturing market opportunities and honing our innovation capacities while industrializing processes and streamlining our organization

Activities

• Propose the Operation Control and Asset Monitoring strategy, policies and tools to optimize the benefit - cost balance, taking in consideration all stakeholders

• Design the framing, localization, coordinate specification works, developments, optimizations and maintenance works of the data acquisition, storage, utilization solutions

• Oversee the solutions deployment and ensure overall cost-effectiveness

• Generate or order regular reports, studies, and recommendations to improve system efficiency and scalability

• Organize industry watch to capture trends and emerging technologies to enhance asset O&M and monitoring tools capabilities

• In coordination with TGP, manage vendor relationships and contracts

Candidate Profile

The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:

• Master Degree in Engineering

• At least 3 years in asset Operation Control or Monitoring in the renewable energy industry

• Strong knowledge of operation control, monitoring equipment, data acquisition systems, and SCADA systems

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software

• Project management skills and teamwork abilities

• Rigorous, methodical, and organized.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach

• Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
