Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Design of mechanical services such as Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Medical gas, Compress Air and Sanitary and Plumbing System etc.
- Presentation of design concept report to client.
- Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Co-ordination of M&E services within the office.
- Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim.
- Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
- Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following
- Site Assessment and Inspection
- Design development and co-ordination
- Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in ACMV equipment / chillers / mechanical / electrical / building / projects
- Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD and Singapore's safety and quality standards
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
