EngineeringContext & Environment
To meet its ambitious objectives of energy transition towards electricity and renewable energies, the OneTech entity of TotalEnergies gather all the technical departments providing technical support to operations and R&D (Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemistry, Marketing & Services and Gas, Renewable Energy & Electricity). With a workforce of 3,400 people, OneTech is divided into three divisions: an industrial division supporting the company's development in gas, renewable energies, electricity and the reduction of carbon emissions; a research and development center bringing together all of TotalEnergies' research activities to anticipate the transformation of the company, giving priority to the low-carbon mix; and a support center (HR and finance).
By integrating all of the company's technical and R&D expertise within a single entity, OneTech becomes one of the pillars of the transformation of TotalEnergies into a multi-energy company.
Activities
New photovoltaic technologies are emerging in the market, significantly different from the systems currently in use. As we prepare for this transition, it is crucial to understand, measure, and test these innovations correctly. This knowledge will enable us to provide valuable support to our Business Units navigating these advancements and ensure the efficient and sustainable development of photovoltaic (PV) projects.
OneTech is seeking a Postdoctoral R&D researcher in private law: Reliability and Performance Engineer, New Photovoltaic Technologies based in Paris-Saclay, whose primary role will be to develop protocols and deepen our understanding of these new technologies, particularly perovskite and tandem configurations.
Fixed-term contract with a minimum duration of one year and a maximum of three years, renewable once for a total duration of up to four years.
As a Postdoctoral R&D researcher - Reliability and Performance Engineer, New Photovoltaic Technologies , your main activities will be as follows:
