This position reports to

Quality Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks. • Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view. • Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle. • Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective introduction of new products. • Helping local teams apply an operational approach and process management system that are continually evaluated for effectiveness. • Performing audits and using analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and assisting in applying corrective and preventive action.

Qualifications for the role

• Technical Career Certification in Quality Control or Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineer
• Recently graduated - 2 years of Experiencie in quality roles
• Lean Manufacturing and Problem resolutionTools (Fish Diagram, Histogram, Pareto)
• MS Office (SAP proficiency desirable)
• Knowledge of Standard: ISO 9001:2015
• Interpretation of Electric diagrams and Internal audit certification desirable
• Intermediate English level desirable
