As a Sr Field Service Technician - Card Access/Pro Watch Capability here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers for card access and Pro Watch systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of these systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in card access and Pro Watch systems will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated location in . This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of on-site and remote work. In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining card access and Pro Watch systems - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to these systems - Conducting system upgrades and modifications as required - Providing training and support to end-users on system operation and maintenance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, and maintain card access and Pro Watch systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these systems
• Conduct system upgrades and modifications as required
• Provide training and support to end-users on system operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor & Matrix manager to a Project Manager for new installs, and you'll support our clients in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids & Lansing areas.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support for card access and Pro Watch systems
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in card access and Pro Watch systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver exceptional service

• Relevant certifications in card access and Pro Watch systems
• Experience with other security systems and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
