You will report directly to our Engineering Manager.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by leading and managing complex turbomachinery projects, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage complex turbomachinery projects such as Air Cycle Machines, Air Foil Bearings, Liquid Cooling systems, Turbine Power Systems, Compressors and Fans which meet customer and internal requirements. from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in turbomachinery projects including design, analysis, unit assembly, test and data processing
• Strong knowledge of turbomachinery design principles, and techniques
• Experience in project management, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and timelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
• Strong management operating system that facilitates communication.

The annual base salary range for this position is $146k - $183k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
