Here's what you'll be doing
At E.ON we're leading the energy transition to NET ZERO. Customers are taking their own steps towards NET ZERO by managing their energy use with Smart Meters, which you'll be installing. As the energy transition gathers pace, you'll have training opportunities to install solutions such as Air Source Heat Pumps.

- Permanent position with one of Europe's largest energy providers
- Committed to becoming one of Europe's largest Green Solutions Installers
Starting salary of £35,389
- Increases to £37,153 upon successful up skill to 3 phase
- Overtime available
Generous bonus scheme:
- Field Incentive Scheme - opportunity to earn a quarterly productivity bonus (non-contractual) Realistic OTE of £39,043 - £42,697
- Opportunity to join standby rota with retainer of more than £400 with associated overtime.
Personal Development and Training Opportunities:
- Training to 3 phase meter installation which increases base pay
- Future opportunities to up skill to install Air Source Heat Pumps
All of the equipment you'll need to do the job
- E.ON Branded Van & Fuel Card
- E.ON Branded Uniform
- Role specific PPE & tools provided
- Mobile Phone and Tablet
- Monthly charging Allowance (Where applicable)
What we need from you
- Gas Certificate evidencing a valid CMA or CCN authorisation and a valid MET authorisation. REGT1 Medium Pressure authorisation desirable but not mandatory
- Electric Certificate evidencing a previous CAT1 or MOCOPA authorisation.
- Copy of EUSR card, showing the EUSR number and demonstrating smart metering authorisations on the reverse (Not a mandatory requirement).
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach to working patterns to make sure we are there when our customers' needs us.
- A full valid UK/EU driving licence (preferably clean but with a maximum of 6 points).
Applicants must live in the following areas:
- Manchester North: Bolton, Glossop, Oldham, Salford
- Nottingham Trent: Nottingham, Mansfield, Radcliffe
