JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking Piping Engineers, you will be operationally reporting to the Piping Lead Engineer and functionally to Piping-HOD, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• Technical management of the piping personnel under his responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to all team members with proper work distribution.
• Coordination activities with specialists engineers like stress and material leads.
• Ensure implementation of project specifications, procedures, design requirements etc.
• Coordination with other disciplines.
• Participate in meetings and assist in technical matters with clients / vendors and contractors.
• Participation during key project reviews, plot plan reviews, Hazop, lesson learned workshops, constructability review and Design/model review meetings.
• Organise periodic internal 3D model reviews and assign job responsibilities to designers during this period.

• Should be a good communicator by means of effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive expertise in piping Design/Engineering
• at least 8-12 years experience in Major oil/gas offshore and onshore projects
