JOB DESCRIPTION

Title : E&I Project Engineer

Reporting To : Project Manager

Responsibilities : See below

Main Duties (including but not limited to):

1. Coordinate with all departments involved in the development of engineering drawings, technical studies, fabrication sequence/method of work of the E&I fabrication works
2. Prepare E&I MTO and prepare Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order all material required for the job.
3. Co-ordination of all production activities and the maintenance of production schedules.
4. Coordinating with Clients for any project related matters and problem solving
5. Ensuring availability of adequate and suitably qualified personnel and resources.
6. Supervision of material control, logistics and shipping staff.
7. Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to maintain an effective plant and equipment maintenance program.
8. Maintenance of good house-keeping standards within Company's fabrication facility.
9. Administration of the Contract and its Budget control.
10. Developing project schedule to meet client requirements and its monitoring.
11. Coordination and Monitoring of project material procurement.
12. Monitoring of overall progress of the project and its control.
13. Studying cost status and report to the management if there is deviation in project budget.
14. To report any unsafe act or condition to the immediate superior or HSE department and be role of model and perform report safety leadership in his/her own area.
15. Prepare Weekly Report and Monthly Report to Client
16. Collect, study, and review all E&I related project document
17. Generate RFQ for E&I subcontract works
18. Generate Bulk material MTO with material specification
