Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation, and accuracy of all renewable and liquified natural gas measurement assets within the assigned area which includes but not limited to gas chromtographs, gas quality analyzers, flow computers, ultrasonic meters, coriolis meters, pressure/level/temperature transmitters, and regulators.

Primary Purpose:

Essential Duties and Resdponsibilities:
- Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove advanced measurement, control and regulation equipment, SCADA and quality equipment
- Detect measurement error and correct volumes as needed and provide supporting documentation
- Monitor gas and liquid product volumes through the measurement system, insure all corrections are applied and proper qualities are applied
- Interpret and apply electrical and electronic schematics pertaining to EFM and measurement electronics
- Assess all facets of assigned facilities to insure accurate measurement and maintaining the company lost and unaccounted for gas and product with a high degree of ownership within the established corporate goals
- Perform audits of custody transfer and control data when necessary
- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment as needed
- Oversee the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties
- Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns
- Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork
- Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory and tariff requirements
- Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to respond to calls after hours on nights and weekends
- Job level commensurate with experience and skill set

Education:

Experience/Specific Knowledge:
- Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Codes philosphies
- Knowledge and experience in safe handling practices of flammable gases, liquids and high pressure systems
- Knowledge with electronic test instruments
- Knowledge of gas and liquid chromatography and SCADA equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment used in gas and liquid product measurement and control
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
- May be required to achieve and maintain certifications as required to perform job duties
- Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
- Ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, document, and complete work with minimum supervision
- Adequate analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work from written and verbal instructions.

- Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules
- Ability to perform basic mechanical work associated with site facilities.

- Will work non-traditional hours as needed.

- Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment, repetitive hand use such as simple grasp and twisting motion included
- Physical ability to lift as much as 75lbs, bend/stoop, kneel and climb stairs/ladders
- Climbs and works at various heights. May work in a standing, sitting, lying down, crouched or kneeling position
- Subject to overtime and call-outs
- May work in low-lit areas
- Depending upon the location and workload, travel is required. Most travel and workload are within a day's trip. Some overnight stays may be required depending on type of work scheduled at a given location
- Available for shift work when applicable
- No supervisory responsibility
