The essential responsibility of our Instrument Technician is to calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain all electronic, electromechanical and mechanical equipment and instruments for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Plants.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Instrument Technician role, you must:
-Have an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or related degree
-Have knowledge/skills in instrumentation
-Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
-Be able to distinguish colors
Physical Working Conditions:
Subject to climbing over obstructions of 10 feet or more, bending, kneeling, and stooping. Subject to hazards of weather, standing/walking for extended periods and working in cramped and confined positions. May move and lift tools and equipment weighing 80 pounds or more. After mandated training, subject to work with live electricity and in proximity to high electrical voltage, in operation of pumping stations, and other water storage facilities. Works inside and outside under all conditions. Subject to the hazards of weather.
