By joining us as an Engineer II, Master Scheduler, you will work with Sales and Product Management to support forecasts for long-range material planning while considering current inventory, obsolescence, lead times, product life cycles, and production capacity.

In this capacity, you will team up with the business manager and department managers to address and solve scheduling matters and resource conflicts for schedule enhancements. You will serve as a guide to junior team members for projects and activities, including analytics provisions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • To synchronize delivery schedules for the full order.
  • To maintain revision of delivery schedules and support monthly POR based on delivery schedules.
  • To participate in root cause analysis for delayed orders caused by scheduling or planning attributes.
  • To get involved in improvement projects in Oracle as and when required.
  • To participate in risk reviews with other stakeholders to identify supply chain synchronization issues.
  • To act as the focal point between customer care and manufacturing organizations.
  • To liaise with the Global Master scheduling team and ensure local processes align with Global Master scheduling guidelines.
  • To support the purchasing team in identifying cause codes for stockouts.

Who You Are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are self-directed with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You can effectively communicate ideas, collaborate, and work with people across any level. You are a team player with negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related courses.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in Buying, Production & Materials Planning, and Supply Chain, with data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Fair degree of understanding in the field of Supply Chain particularly in the sales, inventory, and operations planning functions.
  • Knowledgeable about Product datasheets, price lists, manuals, and catalogs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
