Weatherford is seeking a skilled Repair and Maintenance-Tubular Running Service Technician to join our team. The technician will follow technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions to dismantle, repair, refurbish, and reassemble tools. Senior roles will lead and oversee tasks carried out by other technicians, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Weatherford's policies, management system, relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection, seeking continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
- Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, and job hazard analysis, maintaining equipment, facilities, and work areas in a safe and presentable condition.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, painting, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, following documented processes and procedures.
- Initiate, update, and close out work orders, forms, checklists, and time tracking systems accurately.
- Utilize tools, lifting equipment, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following training and certifications.
- Accept incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments, validating quantities and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support and comply with LEAN initiatives and participate in continuous efficiency improvement programs.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Certifications
- Certification for the use of lifting equipment, including forklift trucks and cranes, may be required.
- Training and competence in relevant maintenance processes, procedures, and work instructions.
