Key Responsibilities
- Drive test execution to budget/schedule baselines
- Provide project oversight
- Participate in project coordination and planning
- Mentor junior members in compliance and test methodologies
- Translate customer requirements to test requirements
- Direct the preparation of the Control Plan
- Direct the preparation of the Test Plan/Procedure/Report
- Direct the Test effort
- Establish new lab process methodologies
- Manage lab training, estimates, budgets and schedules
- Participate in failure troubleshooting and debug efforts

YOU MUST HAVE
- Engineering Diploma or Degree
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Certification
- Knowledge of Environmental Test
- Experience with Qualification test standards such as DO-160 and/or Mil Std 810
WE VALUE
- 10+ years direct experience with industry testing standards (RTCA, Boeing, Airbus, Mil-STD)
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Ability to work with a diverse and global team
- Experience in hardware certification
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and can manage a variety of complicated tasks
- Making autonomous decisions
- Significant engineering experience
