Join a team that develops and performs Qualification testing of single box products and multiple box systems. You will be integral in developing Test solutions to meet the demands of complex engineering analysis. You will work across disciplines within Electronic Solutions to drive growth and reach critical business milestones

Key Responsibilities

• Drive test execution to budget/schedule baselines
• Provide project oversight
• Participate in project coordination and planning
• Mentor junior members in compliance and test methodologies
• Translate customer requirements to test requirements
• Direct the preparation of the Control Plan
• Direct the preparation of the Test Plan/Procedure/Report
• Direct the Test effort
• Establish new lab process methodologies
• Manage lab training, estimates, budgets and schedules
• Participate in failure troubleshooting and debug efforts

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Engineering Diploma or Degree
• 10+ years of experience in Hardware Certification
• Knowledge of Environmental Test
• Experience with Qualification test standards such as DO-160 and/or Mil Std 810

• 10+ years direct experience with industry testing standards (RTCA, Boeing, Airbus, Mil-STD)
