Experience
Experience: At least 15 years in the oil and gas industry, including 10 years managing climate-related projects and a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (e.g., TCFD), ISO 14001, environmental compliance, and experience with certification bodies.
Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and engage cross-functional teams effectively.
