Job Title: Architectural Inspector
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 7 years (5 years in UAE)
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering 

Industry: Experience on Villas, Residential & Hospitality projects only

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Inspector to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and support quality assurance on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural works and finishes as per drawings and codes
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project leads
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and ensure quality control
• Maintain site records, daily logs, and inspection reports
• Monitor safety and compliance with project standards
• Issue NCRs and support corrective actions

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of architectural methods, finishes, and building codes
• Proficient in report writing and site documentation
• Experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Safety certification
• Experience with consultancy firms in the UAE
