Environmental Services Project Manager - Fixed Term until 31/03/2027.

Our Environmental Services Division is innovative, forward-thinking, and committed to delivering high-quality waste and recycling services that make a tangible difference to our communities.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Environmental Services Project Manager to join our team and deliver critical service change projects, ensuring Pembrokeshire maintains its leading position in environmental performance.

You will lead critical service change projects such as fleet replacement (2026) and the mandatory kerbside collection of plastic film (2027), ensuring compliance with legislation and PCC objectives. You will also develop business cases, funding applications, and strategic recommendations to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
