Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Bereich Health, Environment & Safety eine studentische Aushilfe (w/m/d) HSE für unseren Standort in Reinbek.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

• Pflege von HSE-Datenbanken
• Koordination und Organisationen von HSE-Schulungen
• Organisation und Begleitung von Schulungen und Dokumentation von Schulungen
• Pflege der Trainingsdatenbank
• Steuerung und Begleiten von Begehungen
• Begleitung und Vorbereitung der Psychischen Gefährdungsbeurteilung
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung eines Lärmkatasters

Ausbildung

• Hochschulstudium mit pharmazeutischem, naturwissenschaftlichem oder ingenieurtechnischem Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenverantwortung, Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und analytisches Denken
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, speziell Word, Excel, Outlook
