CSG Talent are working with a world leader in exploration. We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support our client in large-scale geophysical survey operations across Saudi Arabia (ANT, MT, Gravity, HVSR). This is a hands-on, field-based safety leadership role , responsible for ensuring compliance with internal HSE standards, local regulations, and client requirements, while maintaining a Tier-1 safety culture across all crews, vehicles, and worksites. The role will be on-site in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Lead daily toolbox meetings and verify JHAs / SWMS Monitor safe work practices and coach teams on behavioural safety Conduct field, vehicle, and equipment inspections Ensure compliance with SOPs, PPE, fatigue, and site safety requirements Act as first responder for incidents and near misses Complete incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Deliver HSE inductions and provide safety guidance to field leaders Liaise with client and contractor HSE stakeholders Maintain HSE records, daily reports, and KPI tracking Skills & Experience 3-5+ years' HSE experience in mining, exploration, oil & gas, or remote field operations Experience leading toolbox talks and field inspections Strong incident investigation and risk management capability Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and large-scale industrial standards (preferred) Strong communication and observational skills Qualifications WHS / OHS Diploma or equivalent Relevant HSE training Valid driver's licence and ability to work in remote field environments Arabic language skills highly desirable Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
