Responsibilities

-Act as a Safety Coach supporting significant modification projects.
-Ensure company strategies, plans, and HSEQ control systems are understood and followed.
-Promote a culture of operational efficiency, safety, and awareness of time and cost.
-Contribute to the safe, efficient, and solution-oriented execution of work in collaboration with technicians, management, and project teams.
-Integrate fully into the offshore organization through planning, execution, and supervision of activities.
-Cooperate effectively with third-party contractors and suppliers.
-Report to the OIM while maintaining a reporting line to the project organization.

Required expertise

-Proven experience in a senior HSE role, preferably as a Safety Coach within the energy sector.
-Strong background in offshore operations, ideally on an FPSO facility.
-In-depth knowledge of health, safety, security, and quality (HSEQ) management systems.
-Experience with modification work and large-scale projects in a live operational environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including management, technicians, and third parties.
-A proactive and solution-oriented mindset towards safety and operational challenges.

Work schedule: 2-week on / 4-week off rotation
Duration: Temporary assignment from March 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.
