Job Summary:
DBB Contracting LLC is looking for experience HSE Manager - Operations to oversee and manage our health & safety operations across UAE.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement HSE strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide HSE guidance to HSE Managers and employees
- Collaborate with HSE managers and site management to address HSE concerns and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
