Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
- Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
- Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
- Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience as Prevention technician in the environment and workplace.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Management system, IT competences - office tools and Previous experience in safety (Safety Manager supporting).
- You are passionate about operative activities: half time spend in the factory supervising safety items and you have Good communications skills.
- Degree in Engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
