Environmental Planner - Derby
On behalf of a Tier 1 Utilities company we are seeking an Environmental Planner to join the team in the Derby office.
It is a staff position, hybrid working supporting on Water frameworks across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Consultation with designers and project managers to understand project scope and advise on environmental consenting requirements.
- Assist with the identification and coordination of EIA/town planning requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of project level design 3rd Party / Environmental Risk Reviews and identify planning and environmental scopes of work.
- Input into project costs.
Essential
- Knowledge and experience of environmental management/consenting.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
- Ideally - CSCS Card, Project Management from an environment focus.
